Personal Training/Private Lessons: Accelerate your workout! If you’re interested in gaining or losing weight, toning up, getting stronger or just accelerating your workout, our Certified Personal Trainer/Nutritionist can help you reach your goals. A customized program/menu can be designed to help you reach your fitness goals for $20/half hour. Pre-paid packages include 12 one-on-one sessions (approx. 1 hour each) for $300. Individual lessons are $35/hour. We also have a special couples/duo package available for $300 ($150/person), which includes 10 private lessons together (2 clients with 1 trainer). Whether you’re just looking for a personal trainer to keep you on track or you’re interested in private lessons in any of the below listed martial arts, Personal Training and Private Lessons are the fastest, most efficient way to get the most of your time at the gym. Kids MMA: This class is for kids (as young as 4 years old) interested in mixed martial arts (MMA). We’ve combined Judo, Jiu-Jitsu & submission wrestling with striking, intense cardio and circuit training to create the ultimate MMA class for boys and girls. This is high action, hands-on training in a safe and respectful environment with proven results. 1 hour class, 2-3 times per week, $50/month.
Kickboxing: This class is for men and women interested in Muay Thai style kickboxing. This is an excellent cardio class with circuit training stations that incorporate the best of Muay Thai strikes, kicks and defense. Beginner to Advanced, sparring encouraged but not required. Recommend a good mouth guard, jump rope, gloves (all available for sale), cup and towel. 1 hour class, 2 times per week.
MMA: This class is for men and women interested in mixed martial arts (MMA). We combine Muay Thai style kickboxing with Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, submission wrestling and combat conditioning to create the ultimate MMA athlete. This class is fast-paced with lots of drilling and technical instruction and designed for accelerated learning. Recommend jump rope, grappling attire, good mouth guard, MMA gloves (open fingers) and/or boxing gloves (all available for sale), cup and towel. 1 hour class, 3 times per week.
Takedowns: This class is for men and women interested in grappling without striking. We combine Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, collegiate and freestyle wrestling for the ultimate grappling experience. Throws and takedowns, takedown defense, submissions and escapes are all broken down and repeatedly drilled for muscle memory and accelerated learning. From high school wrestlers to competitive grapplers, this class will increase your knowledge and skill on the ground. Recommend jump rope, grappling attire, good mouth guard (all available for sale), cup and towel. 1 hour class, 2 times per week .Team Training: One-on-one and group training for Competition Team, requires at least Level 3 Membership, by invitation only.
