Club Policies
- Agreement: By using the facilities located below, Members agree to
abide by all policies set forth below and any other rules/policies that
may be deemed necessary by BCF Management. - Membership: Use of all facilities and equipment provided by BCF is
reserved for Members Only. Members will be required to pay monthly
membership dues based upon Membership Level (e.g. Kids, Level 1,
Level 2, Level 3, Personal Training, etc.). For Level descriptions,
requirements and pricing please see item #7 below. - Documentation: All Members will be required to complete the Student Info Sheet
and Liability Waiver before participating in Club activities. - Responsibility: Members understand that BCF membership includes physical activity and that there is always
a risk of injury. Members are responsible for consulting a physician (if necessary) prior to participating in Club
activities. Members are required to disclose any current/previous injuries and/or medications or supplements being taken (over-the-counter or prescribed) prior to participating in Club activities. - Attitude: BCF is a family owned/operated Club. We will not tolerate unsportsman-like behavior from any Member
while participating in Club activities. Members will be respectful of others and follow the directions of Instructors at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse Club admittance to any Member, guest or spectator at any time, if necessary for the safety and well being of other Members. - Class Descriptions:
- Membership Levels/Rates (All pricing is per person, family discounts may be provided for 3 or more members):
- Pre-payment: Pre-payment of monthly dues, private lessons and/or personal training is provided at a discounted rate for Member convenience. Any pre-payment locks in that rate for the specific period of time. There will be no refunds or rollovers for unused, pre-paid membership, private lessons or personal training sessions.
- Membership Dues: All Membership fees are due on the 1st of each month. Any account unpaid by the 5th of the month will be charged a $5 Late Fee. Accounts unpaid by the 10th of the month will lose Membership privileges and be charged an additional Late Fee for each week until payment is made in full.
- Appointments: Scheduled Private Lessons and/or Personal Training times are reserved for Members with those privileges. Any Member who is unable to attend a pre-scheduled appointment must contact BCF at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time or they will be charged for that appointment (as if they were present).
- Playroom: The on-site playroom is intended to be a safe, contained environment where kids can play while their parents exercise. It is not provided or intended for use as Day Care facilities. There may or may not be a supervisor inside the room during business hours. Members are responsible for their children at all times while using BCF facilities and must be on the premises while their child/children are in the playroom. There are toys, electronics (TV/DVD for watching movies), books, furniture and other items inside the playroom. Members are advised to use caution and judgment when leaving children unsupervised in the playroom. If playroom supervision is provided, rates are $1/hour/child.
Kids MMA: As young as 4 years old, fundamentals of jiu-jitsu, grappling, wrestling with some basic kickboxing - recommend loose, comfortable clothing
Kickboxing: Thai style kickboxing, high cardio - recommend loose, comfortable clothing, mouthpiece, hand wraps, boxing gloves, shin guards, cup & head gear (if sparring)
Boxing/Conditioning: Combines boxing, calisthenics, speed and agility drills in a high-intensity, super cardio workout - recommend loose, comfortable clothing, hand wraps, boxing gloves, mouthpiece and headgear (if sparring)
Jiu-Jitsu: Ground-fighting techniques including fundamentals of falls, positions, submissions, escapes & drills - recommend loose, comfortable clothing, mouthpiece & cup
MMA: Combines Judo, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, boxing, Thai kickboxing, combat conditioning – mixed martial arts - recommend loose, comfortable clothing, mouthpiece, hand wraps, boxing gloves and/or MMA (fingerless) gloves, shin guards, cup & headgear
Takedowns: Combines Judo, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, competitive grappling – recommend loose, comfortable clothing, mouthpiece & cup
Kids MMA: $50/month, 2 classes per week plus the 1st Saturday of every month
Level 1: $50/month, any 2 classes per week, group instruction only – recommended for beginners
Level 2: $90/month, unlimited classes per month, limited personal instruction
Level 3: $150/month, unlimited classes per month, personal instruction, access to Team only classes and Advanced Conditioning, Open Gym included – recommended for fighters/athletes/competitors only, requires Member-owned, Management-approved, professional gear (e.g. hand wraps, gloves, head gear, mouthpiece, shin guards, cup, etc.)
Open Gym: $10/month for Level 1 & Level 2 Members, full use of weight room, bags and equipment during regular business hours
Private Lessons: $300 for 12 hours pre-paid (otherwise $35/hour), can be ½ hour or full hour sessions over 1 or 2 months.
Private Lessons Special: $300 for 10 hours pre-paid for 2 people together ($150/each), can be ½ hour or full hour sessions over 1 or 2 months, must train 2 people together
